The Weather on Roatan
We’ve got sunny skies over Roatan! Roatan is blessed with the exact type of weather you’d expect from an island in the Carribean. The highs for the year range from the low-80s to 90 degrees and the lows can drop to the mid-60s at night. The weather doesn’t change too much during the year, making our gorgeous slice of paradise the perfect place for a year-round vacation. If you need a break from shoveling snow out of your driveway in the winter, book a trip to Anthony’s Key to relax in the warm weather! Winter is our off-season, so you’ll have your choice of rooms and activities if you book then.
The only thing that might rain on your parade is, well, the rain! Roatan’s rainy season is in the late summer, as it is with most warm-weather destinations. While we can’t guarantee that you’ll have perfect weather during your stay with us, we will always do our best to try to give you a fun experience anyway. “Having been to AKR before I was excited to be back! The diving is fantastic and it is only exceeded by the hospitality of everyone there. We had some rough weather and as opposed to taking us out in it, they took their best captains to pilot the boats around the island and took us to their other resort where the boats met us. We climbed aboard in calm seas, dived the day away, had fun, got fed and were driven back. Both resorts are amazing. Food is really good and the island is full of great people. TY AKR for a great dive every time~!”
