Rum is a product of sugarcane molasses that is fermented and distilled in a distillery. The folks at The Roatan Rum Company have been aging, mixing, and infusing their own rum for decades. Their rums take one to five years to age, producing flavors such as exotic dark chocolate, island spiced, tropical mango, decadent rum cream, Caribbean Coconut, coffee fusion, and wandering spirit gold.
