We Are Open!
Our hearts are with residents of the mainland of Honduras who have endured the wrath of recent hurricanes Eta and Iota. As a cautionary measure, Anthony’s Key Resort closed during the week of November 14-20, 2020 due to the approaching storm. In preparation for the potential arrival of Hurricane Iota, we moved the dive boats out, as well as rescheduled arriving guests. While the hurricanes devastated parts of Honduras, Roatan was spared. Our island is open and safe for visitors and Juan Manuel Galvez International Airport is in full operation.
The staff at Anthony’s Key Resort continues to work hard to ensure the health and safety of our guests. If you seek an idyllic getaway to rest, recharge and focus, look no further than Anthony’s Key Resort. We’ve implemented enhanced safety measures including social distancing in public spaces, installation of Plexiglass barriers at key interaction points, employees wearing masks, increased frequency of cleaning in all areas, daily temperature checks, ongoing staff training on COVID-19 hygiene protocols, and other safety initiatives.
If you’ve been sequestered at home since the beginning of the pandemic, you owe it to yourself to enjoy a change of scenery. What better backdrop than turquoise waters, lush palms, and warm tropical breezes? It’s the ideal setting for lazy days in your hammock or for snorkeling or kayaking our gin-clear lagoon.
