Reservation Policies

Deposits & Payments:

• $200 USD per person deposit due within 7 days of booking.
• Final payment due 60 days before arrival date.
• Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment within 7 days.

Holiday Travel Dates:

• $300 USD per person deposit due within 7 days of booking, for bookings that include Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year. 
• Final payment due 90 days before arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within:

• 60 + Days Before Arrival: No penalty.
• 59 – 45 Days Before Arrival: $200 USD per person penalty.
• 44 – 30 Days Before Arrival: 25% penalty of the total cost of the reservation.
• 29 – 8 Days Before Arrival: No refund provided; however, a future credit will be given to the same individual to be used within one year of the original travel date, less the $200 deposit per person. New rates will apply for future credit.
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival & No-Shows: No refund or credit.
• Exceptions: No refunds for flight cancellations, natural disasters, war, terrorism, etc.
• Unused portions of any package are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or applied as credit toward other services or incidentals at the resort.

Children’s Reservation Policies:

• Children 5 years and under stay free when sharing a room with an adult.
• Child rates apply to children ages 6 to 12 sharing a room with an adult.
• Children 12 years and older are considered adults.
• Dolphin Scuba Summer Camp is offered each year in June, July, and August and is available for children ages 6 to 12.
• An agent must book reservations with children. Please contact our offices by calling 800-227-3483, 954-929-0090, or by emailing reservations.
• A copy of the child’s passport will be required.
