Reservation Policies

Deposits & Payments:

  • $200 USD per person deposit due within 7 days of booking.
  • Final payment due 60 days before arrival date.
  • Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment within 7 days.

Holiday Travel Dates:

  • $300 USD per person deposit due within 7 days of booking, for bookings that include Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year. 
  • Final payment due 90 days before arrival date.

Children’s Reservation Policies:

  • Children 5 years and under stay free when sharing a room with an adult.
  • Child rates apply to children 6 to 12 years old sharing a room with an adult.
  • Children 12 years and older are considered adults.
  • Dolphin Scuba Summer Camp is offered each year during the months of June, July, and August and is available for children ages 6 to 12.
  • An agent must book reservations with children. Please contact our offices by calling 800-227-3483, 954-929-0090 or by emailing reservations.
  • A copy of the child’s passport will be required.

Cancellation Policy:

Group Policies:

  • For every 11 paid adults, 7-night adult package, the 12th adult is complimentary, based on the lowest adult package rate.
  • A minimum of a 7-night stay is required.
  • Saturday to Saturday travel only.

Group Payment & Cancellation Policy:

  • $200 USD per person deposit due within 7 days of booking.
  • Final payment due 90 days before arrival date.
  • Reservations made within 90 days of arrival require full payment within 7 days.

Cancellations made within:

  • 90 + Days Before Arrival: No penalty.
  • 60 – 89 Days Before Arrival: $100 USD penalty per person.
  • 46 – 59 Days Before Arrival: $200 USD penalty per person.
  • 30 – 45 Days Before Arrival: 25% of the total reservation cost.
  • 8 – 29 Days Before Arrival: No refund provided; a future credit, minus non-refundable deposit, per person will be issued, valid for one year from the original travel date (subject to rate changes).
  • 7 Days or Less Before Arrival & No-Shows: No refund or credit.
  • Exceptions: No refunds for cancellations due to flight cancellations, natural disasters, war, terrorism, etc.
  • Unused services of the package are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Travel Protection

To ensure the safety and security of your trip, we suggest purchasing travel insurance. Our recommended providers include Dive Assure for diving accidents and dive-travel protection, and INSUBUY Travel Medical Insurance for medical coverage, including new Coronavirus infections.
