Key to Paradise details & Policies
Details:
- Travel Dates: Jan. 3, 2026 – Jan. 2, 2027
- Prices are in US Dollars (USD)
- Package inclusions are per person.
- The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. (Dinner on arrival day through breakfast on departure day.)
- Prices shown are per person for a 7-night stay, based on double occupancy.
- Hotel taxes are not included and are subject to change.
- Single Supplement: Add $210 per week, plus hotel taxes.
Deposits & Payments:
- A deposit of $200 USD per person is required within 7 days of booking, or the reservation will be canceled without further notice.
- The final payment is due 60 days before arrival, or the deposit will be forfeited.
- Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60+ Days Before Arrival: No penalty.
- 59 to 45 Days Before Arrival: $200 penalty per person.
- 44 to 30 Days Before Arrival: 25% of the total reservation cost.
- 29 to 8 Days Before Arrival: No refund provided; a future credit minus a $200 deposit per person will be issued, valid for one year from the original travel date (subject to rate changes).
- 7 Days or Less Before Arrival & No-Shows: No refund or credit.
- Exceptions: No refunds for cancellations due to flight cancellations, natural disasters, war, terrorism, etc.
- Unused portions of any package are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or applied as credit toward other services or incidentals at the resort.
Children’s Reservations:
- Children 5 years old and below are free of charge, sharing a room with an adult; meals are also free of charge.
- Children’s rates apply to children 6 to 12 years old sharing a room with an adult.
- Full adult rates apply to children aged 12 years and above.

Group Reservation Policy:
- For every 11 paid adults, the 12th adult is complimentary, based on the lowest adult package rate.
- 7-night minimum stay is required.
- Saturday to Saturday travel only.
- $200 per person deposit due within 7 days of booking.
- Final payment due 90 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made within:
- 90+ Days Before Arrival: No penalty.
- 60-89 Days Before Arrival: $100 penalty per person.
- 46-59 Days Before Arrival: $200 penalty per person.
- 30-45 Days Before Arrival: 25% of the total reservation cost.
- 8-29 Days Before Arrival: No refund provided; a future credit,
minus non-refundable deposit, per person will be issued, valid
