Maritime Safety Training for Our Captains

In September 2024, Anthony’s Key Resort captains participated in continuing maritime safety training focused on Personal Survival Techniques. The course was led by Merchant Marine Officer Wilson Reconco, Head of Seafarer Training for Honduras’ Directorate General of the Merchant Marine. It strengthened our captains’ ability to recognize, prevent, and respond appropriately to emergencies aboard our vessels. The training followed IMO Model Course 1.19 and Section A-VI/1-1 of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW).
