- Minimum Stay: No minimum night stay required
- Prices are in US Dollars (USD)
- Rates are based on double occupancy (two adults per room).
- 19% Hotel taxes are not included and are subject to change.
- This promotional rate applies to accommodations only and does not include meals, special events, transfers, or activities such as diving and snorkeling, etc.
Reservation Policy:
- Full payment due within 7 days of booking.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 60+ days before arrival: No penalty;
- 59-45 days: $200 p/p penalty;
- 44-30 days: 25% penalty of the total cost;
- 29-8 days – No refund; however, future credit for the same person to be used within one year (less $200 per person). New rates will apply.
- 7 days or less and no-shows: No refund or credit. No refunds for flight cancellations, natural disasters, war, etc.
- Unused services of the package are non-refundable and non-transferable (no name changes allowed).
- Changes are subject to a $100 p/p fee.
Children’s Reservations:
- Children 5 years old and below are free of charge, sharing a room with an adult; meals are also free of charge.
- Children’s rates apply to children 6 to 9 years old sharing a room with an adult.
- Full adult rates apply to children aged 10 years and above.
