We are working to keep you safe when you return. While the COVID-19 pandemic has changed many things, it hasn’t changed how much we care about our guests and staff. You are the heart of Anthony’s Key Resort, and we have missed your smiling faces, the laughter, and the energy you bring here.

Here are the Top 10 ways we are making Anthony’s Key Resort safer for your return visit.

#1 Social Distancing

We are facilitating social distancing by decreasing the capacity on our shuttle buses, dive boats, and indoor venues. Social distancing signage is placed throughout the property as reminders for your convenience.

#2 Masks

To help protect others from infection, employees will wear face coverings. Guests will be encouraged to wear face coverings whenever social distancing is impossible and when gathering in common areas.

#3 Contactless Check-in

We’ve eliminated the need for in-person check-in. By checking-in online beforehand, you can skip the front desk and go directly to your room upon arrival.

 #4 Sanitation

In addition to increasing cleaning frequency, we’ve enhanced our sanitation protocols with spraying machines. These machines evenly disperse hospital-grade cleaning agents, disinfecting even hard-to-reach places; ensuring that heavily-trafficked areas, receive deep-cleaning frequently.

#5 Daily Screenings

All employees are required to participate in daily temperature checks and symptom surveys to help quickly identify those who may be infected. We ask that if an employee shows any cold or flu symptoms to let us know and not report to work until cleared by a physician.

#6 Hand Hygiene

Good hand hygiene is critical in reducing the spread of disease. We are increasing the number of hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the property and adding hand-washing stations in critical areas. Hand-hygiene signage is placed in strategic areas for reinforcement and reminders.

#7 Plexiglass Barriers

We are installing plexiglass barriers at key interaction points, such as reception desks and cash registers.

#8 Food Service

We are restructuring our food service to eliminate self-service buffets, implemented safe-distance table setups, and extending dining hours to ensure that our guests have ample time to dine with increased physical distance.

#9 Diving

As a diving guest, you’ll enjoy a reduced divemaster to diver ratio and will receive your initial dive briefing with a limited number of fellow divers.  All water equipment and dive rentals are adequately cleaned and disinfected before and after every use

#10 Ongoing Staff Training

In addition to enhancing the training of housekeeping in hygiene protocols, all employees are completing enhanced COVID-19 awareness training.
